board is in perfect condition... no bumps scratches or nothing. apprantly it was a pre-installed one and he removed it from his board because he had problems with the case and must've misplaced it.

ok, apprantly the rme series is known to whine very bad, which is not a issue for me as my fans cover the noise up quite well.

im getting mixed comments on this... some are saying it wont harm anything but it may annoy/bother me and a small few say its actually a issue. As mentioned noise does not bother me all im concerned about is lifespan and parts in my system. do you still think I should return?
