    UPDATE: I have solved the problem, turned out there is a cable that was supposed to be connected to the PSU via a SATA cable which i didn't plug, i saw that cable at first and ignored it because i would never guess that pc cases uses SATA cables, so obviously just a newbie mistake, sorry and thanks.
