I agree with madmatt, the 1050 ti is just a bit better than the 7950, save a bt longer and get a 1060, or if you can, a 1070.

Dont even bother with a 1GB GPU, get the 2GB version, the 1GB 7850 was already lacking when it came out.

15-25 frames is what i'd expect to see with the iGPU, there is a big chance that you're using that instead of the 1060.

How are your temps? post both your CPU/GPU temps while that happens, msi afterburner does a good job to check your temps while gaming.

What motherboard are you using? are you using the latest drivers?

It's a really fine combo, those 12 threads do wonders for editing, and will do the trick while gaming/streaming.

You need to post our specs, also, post what temps are you getting when opening a intensive program.

Are you looking to sell it? I'd say that you could get around $800-1000, maybe less.

I'd go with a Ryzen 5 1400 and a cheap A320/B350 mobo, 4 threads are coming short these days.

How does it performs when you lock the FPS at 60? At that framerate (100+) i'd expect that even high end CPUs can become a issue.

I wouldn't pay more than $10 for a g4600 over a g4560.

You'll be fine with that PSU, older cx units have very bad reputation (cx 430, 500, 600) , but newer ones (cx 450, 550) are decent performers.
