I see the i7 12700K/KF + Z690 boards recommended a lot on here and elsewhere for gaming builds and other than the Z690 chipset having more PCIe lanes (bandwidth) what is the advantage that setup has vs the i7 12700/F + B660 board in regards to gaming builds?

I won't be doing anything other than playing CoD Warzone, possibly BF6, and surfing the net with this @ 1080P. I realize the prices will change but this is where they are now. I'm debating on going with the trustworthy Intel SSD that's not all that fast or spending $20 more for a faster SSD...
