Hello, I was wondering if anybody had an answer to this. I built a computer a few months back, and I've noticed as long as I have my monitors on, it boot s up fine. If I have the monitors off and I turn the computer on, it will begin to go into this endless cycle of rebooting. It also will tell me once I turn the monitors on that there was now vbios detected and then proceed to work fine. Anyone have an idea to solve this?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Try relocating to another wall outlet. Try replacing the power strip and see if that helps.
