Question Micron 2450 NVMe SSD is slow at the beginning sectors ?

I have 1TB Micron 2450 NVMe SSD, model no. MTFDKBK1T0TFK. I ran HD Tune benchmark and have attached the result. It shows that its read speed is only around 300Mb/s in the first 200 gigabytes of the drive. Then the speed oscillates. Then the read speed increases to around 2400Mb/s.

I am using Windows 10 on ROG Flow Z13 laptop. I installed the Micron Storage Executive. It showed that latest firmware is installed. S.M.A.R.T test result shows Good Health.

Why is the drive slow at the first 200 gigabytes area? Is this because of bit rot? The laptop is only 2 years old.

Update

I tried DiskFresh from Puran Software. The minimum read speed at the beginning increased to 500 Mb/s, which still slow. The read speed of the rest of SSD decreased to around 1600 Mb/s.
