Laptop model: ASUS ZenBook Q408UG

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5500U
GPU: Nvidia GeForce MX450

hello everyone out there, i want to ask about my laptop which has ryzen 5500u and nvidia mx450.

(1) l can't enable the nvidia mx450 and i can't find it in device manager. When I first bought it, it was shown in my device manager but now anytime i enable the nvidia it always bluescreens with a reference to " "nvlddmkm.sys". Even after i refresh so many times and downloaded the software for the grapics card, I can't get it to work.

(2) Why my cpu ryzen 5500u is running at 3,4-3,8 ghz when it's supposed to be 2.1-2.9 Ghz, i don't know why. Also it is overheating even when im only use for 1 tab on chrome, it brings up my temp almost to 100C., Please if anyone out there knows why and how to fix it I will be really thankful.

Update your post to include full laptop specs and OS information.

How old is the laptop? History of heavy gaming use?

Will the laptop boot into safe mode and run without problems?

At the next sucessful boot open Device Manager. Then the View tab. Ensure that "Show hidden devices" is selected.

If possible look in Reliability History/Monitor for error codes, warnings, or informational events being captured just before or at the time of the bluescreens or temperature increases.

Try running "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to find and fix file problems. E.g. "nvlddmkm.sys" may have been corrupted.
