I've played this game before on my PC, but now all the sudden it comes up with this error when trying to play. I've tried the compatibility settings, my graphics card is updated and plenty of other things. I see that it says I have 'No Video'. Is it unable to start because for some reason it isn't detecting my graphics card? Some other older Harry Potter games have similar issues when trying to launch. But all my games on Steam and such work fine. How do I fix this?

No Label

OS: Windows NT 6.2 (Build: 9200)
CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 3608 MHz with 2047MB RAM
Video: No Video

Assertion failed: GetClassInfoExW( NULL, WinBaseClass, &Cls ) [File:Window.cpp] [Line: 1063]

History: WControl::RegisterWindowClass <- UWindowManager::UWindowManager <- InitWindowing

Solution
u probably missing some libraries needed for launching this game
btw it is on CD/DVD? if yes than safedisk wont run in windows 8
u will need windows XP or older to run that game from CD/DVD, or u can crack it to remove DRM

if u manage get past DRM protection under windows 8 or never, then u also need to edit default.ini file and change RenderDevice=D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice to RenderDevice=OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice
