Hello,

I had a problem with this mouse on the exact day the 4000hz report rate came out but it fixed itself once I updated the firmware. Now I was changing the mouse skates and it has returned, don't know if it's related but most likely. I have tried everything Logitech support website suggests me to do (clean the sensor with a qtip, try different ports, etc.).

So far it only fixes itself slightly if I change the "Lift off distance" to high in the Logitech hub app, but it still feels off and I didn't need to use this option before.

PS: If I hold the mouse down with a lot of pressure it moves, but its unplayable.

Here's a video of what my issue looks like:

Thanks for the help.

1) You can put new stock skates on to see if that makes a difference, since the issue occurred after installing the new skates?. What skates did you install?

2) Have you tried re-installing the firmware and or software?

3) Do you have the issue only when trying to run 4K polling rate or is it on 1K polling too?

4) What does the mouse do if you use on another PC or laptop? Still same issue?
