Good evening,

I need your precious help to find the origin of a noise I've been having since last night on my tower and which is starting to drive me crazy. I have the impression that it could be a fan slightly unscrewed on the PSU (to the ear it sounds like the noise is coming from below) but I'm not sure and I don't really want to buy a new PSU for nothing.
You'll find on this link (https://streamable.com/etidr2) a video of the noise in question (while in game) and a video of the noise in "desktop" usage (https://streamable.com/rguwsx). On the first video, you can hear the noise continuously, but it also happens that the noise is lighter and at spaced intervals (as on the second video).

I've already tried disabling the 2 hard disks I have, but that didn't help. I've also blown on them to remove all the dust, but that didn't help either.

Have a nice evening

This PSU is unexceptable for this rig. Very low quality and terrible voltage regulation. First replace the PSU for a decent and much more modern unit, ATX3.0 preferred. https://hwbusters.com/best_picks/best-atxv3-pcie5-ready-psus-picks-hardware-busters/
Yes, that's what I've been planning for a while - I'm going to order a new one. As for the noise, do you think it could actually come from the PSU fan or from another fan?
And how much Watt for my pc? 650? 700?

750 watts should be plenty enough for your system, with some room for future upgrade (as long as you don't think on going RTX 4090 class cards).
