Question Weird restart and issues

I've been having issues for a while with lag and stuff.
Today I restarted my pc because it didn't recognize my mouse and I thought I shutdown it at first.
It completely shut off for 5 seconds then started again.
It has never happened before.
Any thoughts ?

I've also been disconnecting from discord every 20 minutes or so for the past 2 weeks.
It happens to noone else in discord and neither the house.

MOBO : B650 AORUS ELITE AX V1
CPU : RYZEN 5 7600X
RAM : 6000MHZ DDR5 KINGSTON FURY
GPU : RTX 4060
PSU : 750W PLATINUM BE QUIET
M2 : SAMSUNG 980 PRO AND SAMSUNG 980

Start with the easiest trouble shooting first. Such as using one stick of ram at a time to rule out the memory as a problem. Check to make sure all programs and files are up to date like gpu, motherboard and devices.

Can RAM cause that kind of problems?
Could it cause disconnects from certain apps too ?
Tried memtest86 didn't come out with errors but I don't think memtest is enough, is it ?
