If you have any software application installed on your computer that you want the standard users to execute, but the software can be executed only with the administrative privileges, you might want to create an elevated shortcut for the program.
When an elevated shortcut for any software (such as any Windows optimizer) is created, even the standard (non-administrator) users can execute the application by double-clicking the shortcut icon.
All you need to do in order to create an elevated shortcut for program is that you need to specify the secondary logon command while creating the icon. Once the shortcut is created, you can place its icon on the desktop of the target user who you want to allow to initialize the program.
When the target user double-clicks the created shortcut for the first time, Windows 8/Windows 8.1 prompts for the administrator password. ■From the Start screen, click Desktop from the available tiles.
■On the desktop screen, right-click anywhere.

■On the Create Shortcut window, in the Type the location of the item box, type name or the full DOS path of the desired program and click Next.(ex: CMD)

■In the opened properties box, click the Change icon button
■On the Change icon window, click Browse to select the desired icon.
