This boss can actually be taken on very early in the game, if you are looking for a challenge by taking her on when you are underleveled. I suggest trying to after Aldrich though, as you will be a more appropriate level to take her on.

Step 1)Equip yourself appropriately.
Before you even go into this fight, check your gear. She is weak to both dark and lightning damage, as well as bleed effects. Pick a weapon that will play to these weaknesses, and is two handed. She is too quick to get more than two hits in on her if you are lucky, so you are looking to do the most damage per hit.

Step 2)Time your strikes just after hers, and don't get greedy.
You won't have much time between her attacks to take advantage and hit her back, these windows of opportunity grow even smaller when you get her to half health as she will speed up her attacks even further. During the first phase, try to stick to her right leg and roll behind her when she strikes and get in one blow, two if you are lucky before you have to start dodging her attacks again. On the plus side, getting behind her gives a nice view, unlike any other bosses.

Step 3)Use the pillars to your advantage.
If you are having trouble with her, try hiding behind the pillars around the room. She can swing her sword right through them but won't actually walk around them at all. So while it is possible you can still be hit through the pillar, if you keep enough range between you and the pillar you should be fine for a bit, giving you a chance to heal and gather yourself before you get back into the fight.

Hopefully with these tips, you'll be able to bring her down once and for all, good luck!
