Keeping that health bar from hitting zero is pretty important, so how do you manage to bring it back up to full while in the thick of things? Let me show you how.
Step 1)Find or be a healer.
Your team should always have at least one healer, even two healers isn't a bad idea. If you are running low on health, fall back from the fight and find your team healer. Generally, this will be Mercy, Lucio, or Zenyatta. If you don't have one of these on your team.. Get back to spawn and switch to one of them, whatever you are doing, you'll be helping your team more by healing them than whatever you're currently doing.
Step 2)Communicate with your team that you need healing
Maybe you're by the haler already, but they're looking in the other direction. Use the quick communication wheel to shout out that you need some healing quickly. This can be accessed by hitting 'c' in game and then clicking on the option you want to communicate.
Step 3)Find a health pack.
Maybe your healer is dead, or you are deep in enemy territory to take out their back lines from behind. No worry, there are health packs scattered around the map that you can just walk over to heal up and get back into the fight quickly without having to run back to your team.
That's it, keep that health pool from hitting zero and you'll be alright! Now get back into the fight and help your team!
