This guide is for the mission 'A Blank Spot There-ish'. For this mission you'll have to get to bunker island and restore the power in order to proceed. Head to the bring to start the mission and the first thing you can do is hack the bridge in order to gain access to this island.
Step 1)Activate the first Generator.
Head straight ahead and you'll notice a carrier on your left that you can hack. Use this to get up on top of the storage crate and with a bit of climbing you'll find a locked gate. Hack into the camera system behind the gate, and that will give you a view of the control panel so you can hack that and get through the gate. Use the construction life you find in here to head down and you can just walk through the next gate to activate this first generator.
Step 2)Activate the second generator.
Head back to where you started before hitting this generator where you first took the carrier up on top of the storage crates. Follow the train tracks ahead towards the next generator and you'll come to a large locked gate. Hack the camera and you'll have to jump from that camera, to one to your right, and then a third camera from there. From this third camera you'll see a carrier you can hack to lift, and the gate unlock is hidden behind it. Use the crane just behind the gate and you'll end up on top of some storage crates again. You'll see one of these crates forming a sort of bridge that'll get you to the second generator, so head over it and turn this one on as well.
Step 3)Activate the last generator.
This last one is back by the bridge and was a little trickier to find, so I saved it for last. Circle to the right of the building and you'll find a lift that will allow you to get up to the roof of the building. Once here, there's a locked gate that you can hack into a camera system to get access to the control panel to unlock it. Once you are inside this area, hack the explosive device (from a distance, don't blow yourself up) to reveal another path. This will get you to another roof with the last generator.
Now that the power has come back online, the entrance to the bunker is revealed. It will show up as a way point, so just head over and enter the storage crate to continue on to the bunker and finish this mission.
