Stardew is a game that invokes both skills and strategic planning. The better you are at both, the more likely you are to enjoy the game. In this game, you have to complete the increasing quests that look like real-life quests. Stardew is very enjoyable and one of the most fun games to play. However, many players tend to lose way in the early phase of the game. The game consists of a massive map that is quite detailed and also a vast array of people can make the game more hectic than it actually is. The game requires the player to be patient enough to roam in the countryside and interact with almost every person. For those who find it hard to do, this step by step guide is meant for them.
Stardew Valley “Forging ahead” story quest is fairly easy to play as it does not require any particular skill to complete.
1. In order to set off this quest, you will first need to get access to the mines. These mines are not hard to find. Their location is on the northeast of Pelican town-which is basically a very short trip in the east of the carpenter’s house. The mines will clear themselves during the first week of your quest. All you are supposed to do is wait for a letter from JoMart stating that the way is all clear for you to go.

2. Descend only one level after entering the mines, and you will find stones in plenty for you to bust up. Once you crack and open the stones, all sorts of mineral and other resources will start pouring out. You might want to collect a few from here and can go as deep as you wish to. There are ladders beneath the rocks, and then you can always head back up. Your best chance of finding the copper ore lies in rocks that look like copper. Targeting them as much as you can shall increase your chance of finding the copper ore to a great extent. Doing this will also save a lot of your time.

3. Once you do that, you can go home and take a nap. Having slept for a night, you will then leave your home and find a blacksmith by the name of Clint. From Clint, you can get the plans to craft a furnace.

4. Furnace gives you the ability to forge new items for your home and increase the look of your place. Making a furnace requires 20-Copper ore which is abundantly available in the mines, and 25 stones which you can find by busting up the rocks, and these are also found in Minerals in large numbers.
5. Create a furnace (but be sure to collect some extra copper ore and stones)

6. The final step is to make a Copper bar by mixing and combining all these resources. To fasten the process, make the copper ore interact with the furnace, then wait for a few minutes, and after that pull the Bar out of furnace.

This will complete the quest.
