Where Can I Find Windows Experience Index Scores in Windows 8/Windows 8.1?

Windows Experience Index was introduced with the release of Microsoft Windows Vista, and was also available in Windows 7. With the help of Windows Experience Index, you can easily assess the available hardware of a computer, and can know which particular hardware device needs to be upgraded in order to get the optimal performance, and exploit the PC at its full.

Talking about Windows 8/Windows 8.1, although the Windows Experience Index is not visible in the System window as was the case with Windows Vista and Windows 7, you can still view the scores and system ratings generated by Windows Experience Index using Windows PowerShell.

Since the modules must be added to the PowerShell before they can be used by Windows, you must follow the instructions below in order to add the required module, and generate the Windows
Experience Index ratings for your computer:

■Log on to Windows 8/Windows 8.1 using administrator account.
■Click the down arrow from the bottom-left corner of the Start screen.
