Not to be rude but did you read the original post? That’s what i’ve been doing. My problem lies in the fact that when i try to install windows from a flash drive it locks up and doesn’t progress in the install.

I believe so as well which sucks because the board i have currently is like 200$ so rip my wallet lol. More than enough, I have a corsair cx750m. And like i said the computer was functioning prior to me trying to reinstall windows.

Yes the sata and power lines are connected and they show up in the bios. And to make sure i’ve tried with both the ssd unplugged and attempted to install then the hdd, then i tried unplugging both and still got the same result.

Unfortunately there are no other computers for me to do this. I have pretty much narrowed the issue down to either the motherboard, the cpu, or i got unlucky and both flash drives i tried just didn’t work properly.

I forgot to mention the cpu temps and voltage seem fine it is water cooled and has never been overclocked.

Yes I have updated the bios but I double checked to make sure and I get a little smiley face and it says the bios is up to date.
