I just went into the Nvidia Control Panel and Changed The "Use the advanced 3D image settings" to "Let the 3D application decide" and for Select a PhysX Processor I went from "Auto Select" to "Geforce GTX 1050" and Launched Minecraft with the Gtx 1050 and It worked! But only once. I closed it...

So Just now I updated Java and the Nvidia drivers to the latest but it still is not working. Also if I launch mineceaft and select the Gtx 1050 as my Graphics Proccesor it gets stuck on the Mojang screen and it stops responding. I just went and bought a new psu and it fixed my problem!
