    Question I7 14700k auto set 1.6v help

OK. While at 1.6, is that a static voltage, or is it jumping around. What are power limits, etc. Even "stock" in bios can still be violating Intel design specs. MCE enabled?

Question Can anyone confirm if my cpu is the reason black screen immediately after turning my pc on?

It sounds like the windows repair may have fixed your OS from the multiple improper startups. I'd check temps, fans, and other info with software like HWinfo64. Windows logs for errors and running command prompt (elevated) Sfc /scannow command to verify integrity. Otherwise, general everyday...

    Question I7 14700k auto set 1.6v help

Ok. Auto isn't taking to near 1.6 on its own anymore? Voltage can swing greatly on auto defaults depending on cores used and load. Lighter loads will have higher voltage and shouldn't be harmful at stock. Are you attempting to overclock? Are Intels's power limits enabled, no multicore...

Question Can anyone confirm if my cpu is the reason black screen immediately after turning my pc on?

Thank you for the update. Any changes made today or attempts to get going again. Does the btm of the CPU show any signs of burns? CPU socket pictures by chance?

Question Can anyone confirm if my cpu is the reason black screen immediately after turning my pc on?

Quite a bit of information here. The pin information isn't encouraging, but I'd see that ruining the board long before the CPU, unless there are possibly pins touching where they shouldn't besides bent. What was the other motherboard make/model and RAM combo? Current RAM in use the same...

    Question I7 14700k auto set 1.6v help

That's very excessive voltage, if accurate, even for auto standards. Can you post screenshots of available settings in BIOS pertaining to the CPU(voltage, current CPU related settings) so we can try to figure this out. Also, in Windows, I would see what 3rd party software has to say, such as...

Question Which gpu with a 7800x3d. Thinking either 7900xt or maybe nvidia.

Though different spec wise, my AMD build in signature run fine with a Corsair SF750 PSU, 7950X and 7900XT. 850W in your case would be plenty as others have mentioned.

Question Minor artifacting during superposition 1080 extreme

So stock memory speed the card ships with is unstable? If so, if under warranty, an RMA would be in order.

Question New PC or upgrade? Just for fun.

If gaming is 3rd on your list, perhaps a 5950X CPU upgrade and GPU upgrade depending on budget. I'm not sure what kind of $ you are looking at for improvements or a new build in your use case. 1 and 2 would likely benefit more from higher core counts and clock frequency in the long run, unless...

Question Minor artifacting during superposition 1080 extreme

Sorry myself for the late response. Is there any new updates to add to this thread, or any other issues/anomalies occurring? Regarding memory speed, are you downclocking the memory from stock for stability purposes in the games mentioned. If so, it could very well be the GPU itself.

Question Minor artifacting during superposition 1080 extreme

Interesting. Is that specific to the stresstest to go over the 8GB memory buffer on the 5700xt itself? Seems unusual as typical gaming and 3dmark tests I use never went over the buffer on any cards I've owned.

Question My PC crashes then it corrupts GPU drivers..

Is there any kind of overclocking being used on the system? It's an odd sounding issue. What are you using for storage, and have you ran on stresstests on it? My other thought is the GPU starting to fail itself. BIOS updated to the latest version available, though years back at this point...

Question Minor artifacting during superposition 1080 extreme

OK. If it hasn't been replicated in other stresstests or games, I would say it was isolated. If similar issues arise later on, further investigation would be warranted. I typically don't recommend to rely on one specific test but general day to day usage.

Question Minor artifacting during superposition 1080 extreme

Temps seem normal. Outside of this particular test, have you other GPU related odd behavior in games, desktop, or any other stress tests? Drivers updated? Going through the usual basic tests. Regarding the score, I can't speak to whether or not that is considered normal range.

    Question Ram compatibility

It sounds like you tried the usual methods in an attempt to POST. I've never heard of the brand you've chosen, but its looking like you will indeed require another kit from the QVL as mentioned above, unless the board itself has a problem.
