    You are being really helpfull...thankyou. However, I can`t even get that far. The windows logo never appears............all that happens is 1.I switch on 2.The word "Medion"appears 3.The screen virtually immediately goes blue ,with the words "shutting down" There is NOTHING else that appears on...

    Ok.......I switch on and immediately hold down F8. Still the blue screen comes on saying "shutting down". Not sure what to try next!

    Thanks.Windows 10 is installed and was working Ok.Last night I switched off as normal. Now I press the power button, the screen lights up, the word"medion appears" then the screen goes blue and says "shutting down".On the screen there are no other icons, nor the mouse arrow so i cant open...

    When i start my medion computer, the word Medion appears, then screen does blue with "shutting down". I`ve tried removing the battery, and pressing F8 button.....but its still the same every time I start it. Total novice, so stuck!
