That's actually a pretty decent price, considering a lot of 16GB kits for DDR4 are going for well over $200. It had cost me about $240 for 32GB of DDR3 memory.
This looks amazing. Yet, it'll probably be awkward the first time around like the HoloLens was. I'd like to be able to save the windows' positions on my walls so I can open them all back up when I need to.
You may have to borrow a computer and wipe your drive through there. Or, you could get a disc which has Windows on it and boot from there. Through there you can wipe your hard drive and/or upgrade your version as well.

It has a low price for it's value. I'd check it for dead pixels, ghosting, and light bleeding when you receive it. I got a 32-inch monitor that's similar to this one but it has ghosting problems and a dead pixel popped up in the first week of usage.
