  Iffy.....4700 is going above the supported speed for the cpu and the mobo. 3600 seems to be the sweet spot for ryzen.

  Unless the ram came all together in a single sealed plastic pkg it is not a set/kit. Mixing sets can be iffy.

  Having 2 different sets of ram in the pc can cause odd things to happen. You might want to test with just one set in a2+b2.
