I upgraded my ram the other day to vengeance lpx 3000mhz 16gb from a 8gb 2400mhz stick. I noticed in my bios settings that the stock setting for my motherboard is 2133mhz for ddr4 and when I enable XMP, it increases it to 3000mhz. Should I enable XMP for performance gains? Or leave as is for...
