Great, thank you for the help :) Thanks for the recommendation but that's unfortunately out of my budget :(.. I wanted to go for a r9 270x vapor x as that was exactly within my budget but I got a good deal for this card. Any other cheaper options?

So as the title states, I'm about to buy a 280x sapphire dual x oc 3gb. My concern is that my motherboard isn't high end. I'm not sure it will be able to run the 8350 + the 280x optimally. Can someone help me out here? Is it a bad idea to get the card on this board?

Thank you all, Ill keep your suggestions in mind. Im going to try and get a cooler asap as that will take care of the sound and hopefully some of the overheating issue as well. Will update stats after I install the cooler. Cheers!
