Microcenter worked for me. Replaced my 7950x3d I replaced my 7950x3d on a asus x670e motherboard. One thing i didn't expect was the post/boot time. Now with the 9800x3d my computer post/boots very quickly.

I can't imagine this being accurate. 440watts? Worse performance than previous gen. Intel would not release it if this was true.

Unfortunately I purchased one of these Secret Lab chairs. Trust me... Its a terrible chair. My dx racer from like 5 years ago is far more comfortable.

Its going to be an exciting year! Can't wait to get my new computer, Asus 4080 with an AMD 7900x3d.

I just hope AMD releases the 7900x3d right away and doesn't make it a later upgrade. Don't tease us amd, give us the best right way. Can't wait to order. Intel is in my rear window.

A few days ago I did win the newegg shuffle 5900x cpu. I too was becoming skeptical since I had entered every newegg shuffle for 5900x I could but it finally worked and my cpu is arriving this saturday!!

The new website design is horrendous to the point i might stop visiting tomshardware. I will have to find a new site for tech. It appears to me it was implemented not to be user friendly like it was but more for maximizing ads. I am sure it will never go back. It's time to start looking for...

This article seems to be interestingly timed. When this article was published amds highly anticipated 3000 series were right around the corner. And now we have additional articles, after the amd 3000 release, from tomshardware referring to the cpu hierarchy that does not include amd 3000...
