Is there any adapter or method to eliminate the noise?

It's a wireless audio transmitter and receiver. 5.0. It does not show up as a stereo device as a 3.5mm jack runs out of the USB adapter to a 3.5mm output.

Found a 5.0 adapter and lo and behold they work. Last now they are connected there is an annoying background buzzing sound constantly. Not sure what it is though.

Yes flawlessly. I have tried unpairing them from my phone to try and remove any interference when connecting to my PC.

I have been having trouble getting my new earbuds to connect to my pc. When pairing I find the earbuds but they come up as connected voice. In playback devices the stereo option is listed as disconnected. I have tried removing and reading in device manager and reinstalling Bluetooth drivers. I...
