Resolved, was just red deads bad optimisation for 4-6core CPUs. Took them a few weeks to fix after launch.

Replaced PSU correctly, unfortunately still freezing for 3-5 secs under load CPU does go to 100 when these crashes happen but it also goes to 100 in other games without crashing 🤔

Will be getting a new evga 650w g1+ tonight, hope it resolves the issue. Thanks for the insight 👍

That's what I was thinking except some games are able to draw a steady 220-250w and not freeze even when it comes up with a perfcap Vrel and Vop 🤔
