    I have been having a weird issue lately my laptop most of the time runs games slow but sometimes ( very rarely) it runs them at 60 fps which I think it might be that I got faulty ram sticks because I tried every software solution but nothing worked

    My laptop runs GTA SA at 10-15 fps but I looked up its requirements and My laptop exceeds them here is my specs Ram 4gb CPU Intel i3 m350 2.27ghz Intel hd 620 graphics I know it's a literal potato laptop but it should be able to handle GTA SA well

    I tried with resource monitor too and got the same results as task manager

    I tried with task manager while playing for an hour but again there was nothing using the CPU or ram I will give resource monitor a try and post results

    I always use my laptop plugged in and my temps while the laptop is fast is the same when the laptop is slow

    the games i play : gta sa fifa 08 and they are fully compatible with windows 7 my disk drive is wdc wd1600bevt-22czt0 connection sata capcity 149 gb 80 gb free i tried running performance monitor and task manager but there were no changes
