    First of all remove everything related to the old card. Then try reinstalling your gfx card and drivers again . that should solve the problem

    the cpu is pretty old and the cpu wont bring out the full performance of the gpu . so consider upgrading your cpu for better gaming . oh and btw happy new year

    @Deb_Gamer Saints row will work on your pc. But Dont expect good performance even at low settings. Most probably you will get fps around 20 ( which is laggy).
