Do you know the motherboard model? As long as you have an one open PCIe x16 slot I imagine you'll be okay. The 1050Ti doesn't need any external power from the PSU.

You should be fine. I can't find that processor on Game-Debate but I'd imagine you should be alright. I'd project you can hit ~45 FPS on medium or custom medium-high with that set-up.

You'll probably be able to run FIFA 18 on low. I have a fairly old gaming laptop (not sure on the exact specs, but it has a GTX 460m) and it can run FIFA 17 on low. This site here has projected system requirements and a place for you to input your own system specs...

You should be fine with the processor in that build but I would recommend upgrading your RAM to at least 8GB if you are going to be doing any medium to heavy gaming. This thread linked below also can help with your question...
