I have and evga EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti ACX SC+ ACX 2.0+ with a 65.7 asic The highest oc i can get that doesnt cause crashing or other issues is 1400/7700, any higher regardless of power limit or +mv adjustment has issues (running 110 power no extra core +mv with this oc now) temps on the card...
