    I have random packet loss spikes it is 0% all the time and it randomly spikes to like 80% and even 100%, I contacted my ISP and they said nothing is wrong. I have made ping test and it is stable and the packet loss is 0%. I thought it is servers problem but my friends do not have the same issue...
