Looking for a graphics card for core 2duo and a 2gb ram pc

In your mentioned Budget, only a GT 210 can be bought. It is sufficient for day to day use but not gaming. A minimum GTX 750 Ti is required for gaming And 4GB of RAM. If you can extend the Budget a Bit more then GT720 2GD5 is a great card for 4000-5000 Rupees.

looking for a new graphics card

Sharraf, with an i3 4160, A GTX 1060 will be somewhat a bottleneck. The best option would really be the RX 470 or GTX 1050 Ti but i prefer the RX 470 Much more. The CPU will be a bottleneck in only cpu intensive games like GTA, Battlefield etc. Its totally up to you.

What should i buy? Gtx 1050 ti or new motherboard and i3 6100?

It depends entirely on Your use. If daily activities and some gaming you can go for i3 6100 GTX 1050 ti for very smooth use. Else you can just use the GTX 1050 ti with your current CPU.

    Gaming Motherboard for i5 6500?

The msi B150M or H110M will be more than enough for any gaming. Gaming motherboard is a misconception as the game always depends on CPU and GPU . Another way is if you want to OC the CPU then one Z170 is definitely needed. H110M supports res. Till 4K so no problem. Also what is your setup?

    GTX 1050 Ti/Core i5 6500

Actually i3 6100+GTX 1060 is a good option. But In CPU intensive games the i3 will hold back a ton of power. But if you want to go with i5 6500 GTX 1050 ti it will be better in all titles as there will never be bottlenecks bw the i5 And even the i5 can support till GTX 1080 without any...

Deciding on a Budget GPU between Rx 460 vs GTX 1050ti and also Rx 470

Hands down RX 470 is the winner. For that PSU yes it can handle it for a long time. You can check out the PSU calculator for yourself. http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/ If your PSU is 80+ efficiency it will handle it with no problem.

is gtx 1050ti compatible with my gigabyte h61m- ds2

Yes it is compatible fully. The motherboard however has PCIe 16x 2.0 and the card will give 3.0 output. Although Performance will never be affected as no card uses more than 2.0 pcie standard. Good luck with the new card mate!

AMD Vishera FX-8300 8 Core Bottleneck gtx 1050ti

In a nutshell -No. But for that price you should probably get i5 6400 or 6500. It will be a better option for everything you do on the PC. AMD 8 cores are always equal to intel's 4 core and sometimes intel outperforms them completely and is faster. Also i5 6500 is newer and obviously future...

    Nvidia GTX1050Ti Bottleneck

Yes most probably it will bottleneck it. i3 4150 or i3 6100 is the bare minimum for playing games at decent settings. With that CPU you won't be able to reach the card's full potential. Better take GTX 750 ti with it or upgrade to the i3 6100.

    i5 2310 Bottleneck nvidia gtx 1050 Ti?

Most probably no. An i5 2310 can even handle cards like the GTX 1060 with no problem. Also it depends on what you do on the PC. for gaming at decent settings it will be no problem. If rendering and all that stuff like that which uses CPU more then yes it will hold back.

I am buliding a new All-Purpose rig. Will do some gaming for sure. The Games I would be playing Are GTA V, Metro:Last Light, Crysis 1-2-3. On the net everyone says i3 6100 is also a good one.
