    This Video explains the issue. The problem only occurs in windows 11. So far I have tried to uninstall audio driver and it fixes the issue but it breaks the mic. Mobo - arous z390 master.

    Only 600MB free is also contributing to slower functioning of your Drive.

    What HDD do you have? How much space is free? 14 second seems bit slow, but if you open chrome just after booting PC then its normal because has lot of startup apps to load also. Even my SSD suffers sometimes and it takes 2-3 sec.

    What do you have? SSD or HDD? If its HDD, then I think its normal.

    Your drivers up to date? As much i know bedaisy.sys is an anti cheat system used by many games. You could also try to reinstall GPU Drivers with DDU.

    A Quick Advice-------------------- you could try 1.25V as base and increase it till 1.35V. you should not directly jump to 1.35V instead do the least increment. it should work under 1.35V. This voltage is for 2933 Mhz but you can also try it with 3000 Mhz.
