    i had the same problem a year back turned out my new RAM was faulty , i replaced it & everything was OK, test your RAM to make sure it is allright, since you have 2 ram's , run the pc with only one stick, one by one, see if it solve your problem

    first of all if that 450W is not from the reliable brand you have to immediately change it if you want to use 970 in your PC & buy atlest 500 or above watt psu from a reliable brand (seasonic, corasir etc), otherisw i am sure you will put your whole pc in danger

    do you live in India? you can buy GTX 960 or R9 280x under those budget easily which i am pretty sure will serve your purpose

    also one more thing, when my computer is in very les load like browsig or idle it min. voltage never goes below 11.6 but when i game it goes as low as 11.3 as you can see, is it normal?
