MSI B450 Tomahawk or B450 Gaming Plus?

I'm building a budget Ryzen 2400G PC since I cannot afford a dGPU right now but I wanna upgrade it later with Ryzen 5/5x next gen CPU next year or so along with the addition of a decent dGPU. Which socket AM4 B350 mATX motherboards have flashback support?

I'm gonna buy Ryzen 5 2400G so if the motherboard has flashback option, then I can update it's BIOS from USB and won't need another AM4 compatible CPU (I don't have one) just to update BIOS. So if anyone knows, please tell which AM4 B350 motherboards can be updated via USB? Thank you!

Help me decide the best LGA775 Intel processor for ECS G41T-M6 v1.0 motherboard please.

E8600 in core2duo and Q8400S in core2quad (both 65W TDP) are the best I can say after all the research I've done. With these I won't have to upgrade my PSU (which is 250w) or anything else. Thank you!
