of course its set to full , i can't give up on full screen mode because i want to play at 60hz , btw my friend's pc was also at full screen mode and did respond quickly !!

hello guys i'm having a terrible issue , everytime i run any kind of game i'm facing a black screen delay for about 2-4 seconds then the game starts , also i'm getting the same black screen delay whenever i click alt+tab so i can switch from game to desktop , i just don't know what is the cause...

i've checked the task manager and the disk usage was between 3% to 17% cpu usage was between 90% to 100% and ram usage was kinda stable which is 7gb of 8gb

i'm using Samsung Evo 850 250gb , and Western Digital 1TB hard drive , and btw the game is installed in the ssd ...

i expected them to be a wayyyy higher its like between 36% to 40% disk usage it shows 18% because i have 2 drives which means 18% usage is 36% usage on one drive, BTW when it was allocating space for the game it took 100% from the disk usage !

just wanted to tell you that my issue was a way worse on windows 10 it was like 100% disk usage even when idle !!
