I was able to fix it, i honestly dont know what fixed it but what i did was: - Use a rubber and clean the ram - Change pcie cable to a new one - Reset cmos After all this procedures it successfuly booted and is now displaying. Thank you for trying to help me anyways.

The old psu was a game max rampage, it was non modular

The PSU is full modular and I checked both ends of the cable and even plugged it into another spot but still the same thing.
