Sounds like that GPU required a coffin. Alternatively, you could try giving your PC a good dusting before installing the new GPU to prevent it from getting choked.

I don't. I only play CSGO and if I want to try a game newly released, I borrow one of my friends account and quickly give it back. Cuz I wanna go back to playing CSGO

Since the update which came on 1st May, I was getting fps drops but then those drops turned into constant low fps. Before I could easily hit 300+ fps though I had it capped at 300 but now it barely even reaches 200. All my CSGO settings are on low and I use 4:3 aspect ratio with 1280x1080...

I'm assuming that you mean to say that my csgo settings have changed? Well, if they were to change I'd definitely notice that and change it back but as you've stressed on them changing, I checked and found no changes.
