    Yes enable advanced with manual tweak , the point don’t enable anything and start with base bios after clearing it via CMOS reset.     I just went through this. Clear your bios, start with basic setting like xmp enabled see if it’s stable, don’t touch anything else. After boot and see its stable go and enable PBO don’t touch anything else other settings you can have PBO in auto mode or you can play with voltage offset yourself...
