Well I had a PSU do that while under load, not normal. I replaced it. I would honestly look at another PSU. EVGA is a good brand, but hmm shouldn't make a buzzing noise.

Yeah, default on AUTO the BLCK moved to 102mhz with 1.35v on the ram with XMP (3400mhz memory) My stock settings by default are overclocking. heh.
