I attempted this. No fix. I also just swapped my PSU for a 850W one. The issue persists

This is an issue that began after trying Star Citizen and has since persisted where my peripherals lose connection yet my RGB lights and fans still work. The power button does not work and I must flip the kill switch on my PSU or pull the plug. I was able to restart my pc yet this issue...
