    I dont have a voltmeter or anything that might measure volts and it doesn't see the HDD

    I only have a volt tester pen. and now it only boots into bios and cant boot os because cpu fan isnt spinning. at first it didnt boot but because i disconnected the cd reader now it boots into bios. btw the noise is like idk electricity and where should i test the psu

    Look the fan of the psu spins, and the pc works if the cd reader is disconnected everything works apart from the cpu fan which only works if its connected to the other header the cha_fan plus the psu makes a crackling noise

    yea i tried with the green and black wire but i checked everething else and the pc would boot only without the cd reader but the fan doesnt spin unless its plugged in the system fan header

    Well I was playing dying light and it was lagging more than usual and suddenly the monitor lost signal but i could still hear ingame sounds so i force shut downed it. minutes later i tried booting it up but it boots for a few seconds and restart, I cant access bios. before this i tried...

    Hey this is me from a different acc i finally booted up with the new ram but it loads the screen and then black screen with cursor only(the boot up was slow) i tried combining new and old ram only new 1st and second and now when I boot up with my old ram i still get the same results.
