It doesn't have a auto adjust monitor button

Whenever i change the resolution to my recommended 1920x1080 the screen gets to big and i dont see the outer edges like my task bar and a few of my icons. So i have to go down to 1768x992, but the problem is that when i play games there's no option for that resolution type and the game's screen...

is it good enough to run, most modern games (naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm revolution, etc.) on a fluid 30 fps at lowest? Computer Specs- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2350M CPU @ 2.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.3GHz Memory: 6144MB RAM
