You could get a nVidia 650ti for that price, or a R7 260X if going AMD/ATI. Just make sure your case is big enough to support these graphics cards as they can be quite large.

I have a Logitech G430 headset (awesome by the way) and every time I plug it in it doesn't become the default audio output device. Is there any way to change this? I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
