I have a computer with 16gbs of DDR4 3200mh RAM and Firefox and Edge use about 80% to 90% of RAM which then slow down the computer and make it unusable, I only have less than 10 tabs open and if I restart the browsers with the same tabs it seems to be fine for a while.

I have just finished building a computer that has windows server 2019 installed, but when the plug on the wall is switched on, it turns the computer on without me touching the power button.

It's only just started doing this in the last couple of days. When the PC is shut down one of the case fans keeps running (one out of 5 fans keeps running) Could this be a issue with the PSU or the Fan or Fan controller?

It was working, but when I changed the size of one of the partitions, one of the partitioned is now unbootable after the size changed, but I can get access to the partition files but can't boot into it.
