It was plugged in right I swear. It was that just those individual pins, like whenever you try to pinout a connector, some of those were loose. Not the connector, just the pins in it.

Since the psu came with somewhat of a weird cables, there are also carried out capacitors, my guess would be for smoothening the power delivery. It seems like those individual pins in the 24pins were loose and didn't make contact with the board causing it not to boot.

Edit: Turned out, it has been the 24pin powercable that was wrong, lol never seen that to be wrong.

Nope, went on smoothly and checked the pins and they seem fine to me
