    CPU/GPU match up

Well maybe it doesn't cause problems immediately, but in the long run your system will become more unstable unless you have some monster cooling and obsessively replace your thermal paste. I would never recommend overclocking to the average user since they don't typically get how heat can cause...

    CPU/GPU match up

Just trying to save him some money, unlocked mobos cost more but they are cheaper than the cpu. So if he's going to get something that works for the same price that was the best I could come up with. That and I don't overclock, causes to many problems and doesn't create that big of an advantage.

    CPU/GPU match up

    329.99 for a gtx970. SO for that you can get a 4670k (234.99) and a Gigabyte GAh97M 89.99 and you save 5 bucks.

Computer failed to boot, failed to find boot drive??

But you said that if you use temp boot option it works. If that is the case i would check your bios boot options again. There is no difference in the boot procedure from the temp boot option and the primary boot option.

Computer failed to boot, failed to find boot drive??

Thats the problem. Your using the temp boot option. I have an msi motherboard, I think you press the delete key to get into the full bios. From there you need to go to boot options its under MSI mainboard settings in the Click Bios menu, if you have that. Go to boot, then change it so that the...

Computer failed to boot, failed to find boot drive??

Well that's strange. Are you sure your changing the boot order so that your SSD with the OS is the primary boot device and saving, or are you selecting the temporary boot option.

    CPU/GPU match up

Core 2 quad? I would upgrade that to an i series before going with a new GPU. Your processor is going to be the weak link, it is currently the weak link in your system with the GTX 560.

    BSOD Memory_Management every 3omin

Updating chrome may help since that is the program that is running while the problem occurs. Resetting the bios is probably not going to solve this issue. Some more info would help, like, when does it happen? Are you using a specific program when this happens? How often does this happen? Every...

    Memory management BSOD

Did you run memtest? It is a pre-boot program that runs from a cd or usb thumb drive. Your error is memory related and this will tell you if it is your system memory or not. If not i would blame your graphics card.

Memory Management BSOD, No Memtest Errors

Love how nobody answered this guys questions. When you get an audio loop but no picture it is most likely your video card. You can get memory errors from the video card that are hard to pinpoint. My bet is that it's thermal paste is all dried up and the thing is overheating. Probably too late...

Which CPU should I go with?

From the spec's I can see on the 4770k it isn't going to be a whole lot faster than the current set of i7 processors. Maybe a 10% gain at best, but based on the specs that is not likely. http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_i7/Intel-Core%20i7-4770K.html Toms got their hands on one recently and...

Best CPU for Photo Editing (lightroom)

There are a few things I would make sure you have before upgrading your CPU. Moving large amount of data is going to happen when photo editing, make sure you have an SSD, preferably a fast one. The Samsung PRO series are great and a good buy for the 128gb versions. Make sure you have allot of...

    My CPU is?...

Definitely sounds like a thermal paste problem. You probably put too much on it. Clean it and try again, I bet that will solve your problem. The long drawn out explanation of how to apply thermal paste is here. http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/How-To-Correctly-Apply-Thermal-Paste/274...
