    You can first backup the gtaV on old pc by right clicking on the name and selecting properties and then selecting the local files ran and backup. Move that backup files on new pc and recovery the game using the back up files.

    When i switch off my desktop(only the display and not the CPU). and then switched on it again, the screen was too bright but after few seconds it became normal, so i swithced off again, and when i on it again, the brightness was again high , but this time it did become normal, so i shutdowned...

    don't keep the steam login on automatic login and change the email and password for further protection .................the virus makes your account available for the hacker and he can use your account for further spread of virus and even misuse it so next time dont download any file from chat
